"I took my time, several years in fact,
to find an artist to paint a portrait
of my seven year old son. My husband and I
have artists in the family and friends
have oil portraits of their children in their homes,
but I knew immediately when I found Melissa,
that she would do the most beautiful job.
It was a joy to work with Melissa.
She cared about every detail and we worked
closely together by phone and e-mail
every step of the way.
